Everything you need to know about our community

What these sessions are

A friendly, inclusive, community-run badminton space for adults and accompanied 14-17 year olds. Sessions are casual, drop-in, and run by volunteers. There is no membership and no commitment — just turn up, pay, and play.

On arrival

Enter through the main entrance at Cedars Upper School.

Add your name to the register and confirm payment.

You will be given your peg after payment has been made. Then add it to the peg board queue.

If you’re new, you’ll receive a guest peg and a quick explanation of how the system works.

Payments

All payments are cashless and made on arrival.

The peg system

Games are formed in peg order.

When your peg reaches the front, you go on court for the next available game.

After your game, return your peg to the back of the queue.

This keeps court time fair and balanced for everyone.
